Located just a short drive west of Topeka, these rolling 170 +/- acres have so many possibilities, and feature some of the highest points in the county! Whether you are looking for that hilltop to take in the amazing Kansas sunsets and sunrises, some diverse recreational ground to spend your free time, or some grass for your livestock to graze on...this property has it all.As you turn off K-4 highway, just about five miles west of Topeka, you drive through a tunnel of tall, mature trees, past a small orchard, over Mission Creek and back up the hill on the scenic one mile jaunt to the northeast corner of the property. Here you will notice the transmission line and clearing that traverses the north end of the property, while also creating easy access to the northwest corner. There is roughly 150 feet of elevation change from this corner to the hilltop in the middle of the property.
